We had a great time shooting [ Michele & Raphe's engagement ] last year, so were super excited to work with them again at their wedding in Durham this spring.
Michele & Raphe started the day with a tea ceremony where they served tea to their family & received all sorts of gifts. Michele was totally coated in jewelry before it was all said & done. :)
After the tea ceremony, Michele made a wardrobe change into her gorgeous wedding gown.
As always, we were excited that Michele & Raphe opted for a first look. Love capturing these sweet moments when our couples first see each other!
The ceremony took place at [ Blacknall Memorial Presbyterian Church ], located near downtown Durham.
Our next stop was [ King's Daughters Inn ], where we escaped the rain & headed inside for a few shots in Raphe & Michele's suite. SUCH a gorgeous hotel!
It was our first time shooting an event at Duke's [ Nasher Museum of Art ] & we couldn't have loved it more - what an amazing venue!
With reception coordination by Samantha Kozub & floral arrangements by [ Tre Bella ], everything turned out beautifully! Catering by [ Durham Catering Company ] & music by [ All Around Raleigh DJ ].
