Jessica & Rich were "Gettin' Hitched" this past Halloween & we are so glad they decided to have us along to photograph their day. I don't know if words can describe how much we loved working with Jessica, Rich, & their fantastic friends & family. They are such down to earth & ridiculously fun people, it would have been impossible not to enjoy shooting this wedding.

Jessica & Rich opted for a first look & we're so glad they did! We love when our couples do this - it gives us tons of time before the ceremony to take lots of fun photos of the bride, groom, & wedding party. Plus it gives us a chance to shoot cute photos (like these next four) of that special first moment when the bride & groom lay eyes on each other!

The ceremony & reception were held at [
the Cotton Company ] in Wake Forest. It's a great renovated cotton warehouse with exposed wood beams & original brickwork.
Jessica & Rich had so many fun details to shoot at the reception that I couldn't help but post a million of images of it all. Loved the trees & hanging tealights with all the fun flowers mixed in. The pumpkin Rich carved as a surprise for Jessica was the perfect touch to the entry table.
[
Catering Works ] put together a fabulous dinner with lots of options for the vegetarians in attendance. My personal favorites were the delicious mashed potato bar, the variety of dips with pita wedges, & the tomato basil cheese & crackers. Yum!

Catering Works ] also provided a carrot cake & tasty dessert station with chocolates & cheesecake lollipops.
Jessica & Rich are way too adorable for words. At weddings like this, where you can tell that the bride & groom make each other so unbelievably happy, it's impossible not to spend the whole day with a huge smile on your face. Being surrounded by couples that have the kind of contagious happiness that Jessica & Rich have is exactly why we are so in love with doing what we do.
I wish I could begin to show you the amount of ridiculous moves that were going down on the dance floor this night, but I think the next couple shots will have to do, since I've already posted about a zillion images from this wedding. :)
