This post is obviously WAY overdue, but we were very excited to have [ Elizabeth + Brian's wedding ] featured as a real wedding in the spring/summer edition of [ the Knot ] this year! Woohoo!

Mel & her family have been family friends for years, so we were very excited that she & Tony asked us to be a part of their big day. Now that the wedding has come around, we can finally share some of the bridal photos we shot in downtown Greensboro this summer. Wedding photos to come soon!

We photographed Mike & Sharon's wedding at [ Hilton University Place ] in Charlotte recently & have our past clients [ Duane & Michele ] to thank for hooking us up with this sweet couple (thanks again, Duane!).
While Nicole Bartlett of [ Just Jane & Co. ] finished up on the girls' hair & makeup, we had a little fun lighting some detail shots in the hallway. :)
Mike & Sharon got married outside on the dock with a great view of the lake as a backdrop.
Mike & Sharon enlisted the help of [ Nona's Sweets ], [ Hillside Florist ], [ Elegant Ensembles ], & [ Hilton's in-house catering ] to put together all of the details of their big day.
This has to be one of my new favorite garter series. :)
And the newlyweds are off to their honeymoon in Key West!

We had a great time getting to know Lauren & Chandler during their engagement session & can't wait till these cuties tie the knot next month!
We started our shoot at [ Duke Gardens ] in Durham. I know, I know... we just posted images from the bamboo there in the last post too, but we just couldn't resist! You can't go to Duke Gardens & not shoot in the bamboo - come on. ;)
Our last stop was the [ American Tobacco Campus ] in downtown Durham. Such a cool place! I'm a total sucker for renovated old factories with their great brickwork, awesome metal beams, & wood slats & columns everywhere. Love it!
